Brendon Hulcombe
Founder and Principal Consultant
Brendon particularly enjoys facilitating for a group of smart, dedicated people who are interested in charting a course to success (whatever that means to them). He loves strategy development, clarifying what’s on offer if ‘we get it right’ and ‘how we’re going to get after it’.
Brendon has extensive background in C-suite roles including 17 years as CEO of an organisation with over 60 offices. Most recently he was Senior Managing Director, leading a $200m+ division within the Pacific for the world’s largest property organisation, CBRE.
In addition to facilitation and consulting, Brendon currently owns and operates a mid-size business (c. 15 staff), enjoys CrossFit and spending time with the family.
For over 20+ years in the corporate area, he’s been passionate about strategies and plans that deliver sustainable growth and success to stakeholders.
Brendon has been involved in small to medium to very large publicly listed organisations, across many industries.
Brendon has experience leading a broad spectrum of corporate functions including IT, Finance, Legal and Risk, Brand and Communications, HR and Operations.
He has deep industry specialisation within the Property Valuation and Property Advisory arenas.
